The Nebraska Hotel & Motel Association (NHMA) is proud to once again sponsor the Fall Harvest Reception for Event and Meeting Planners. This year's reception is Monday, November 8, 2010 from 4:00 - 6:30 p.m. at the Cornhusker-Marriott in Lincoln, Nebraska. Over 3000 guests are invited who represent trade-associations, state government agencies, university groups, travel agencies and employers with fifteen employees or more. They come looking to find the perfect facility for their future events or meetings. At last year's event over 450 people attended. Deadline to be listed in the program is October 29, 2010.

You are invited to have a display at this event. The particulars are:

  • An 8' x 10' booth (pipe and drape, 1 - 8' table, 2 chairs, registration for 3 representatives): $450 for NHMA members or $800 for non-members.
  • Each exhibiting company is asked to provide a prize for drawings to be held throughout the event. Attendees will receive a mixer form which encourages them to visit every exhibit; it must be completed for eligibility in the drawings.
  • As an exhibitor, we ask that you personally invite prospective clients to attend; promotional postcards will be distributed to you upon receipt of your booth contract and payment. Please let us know of your need for additional postcards. Your personal invitation will help create additional excitement for this fun and relaxing event.
  • Sponsorships to assist with the cost of food, refreshments, decorations and more are requested. Your generosity will be rewarded with additional promotion before and during the event.

Schedule of the day -- Monday, November 8, 2010

11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Come Early and visit your local Lincoln area customers with a final invitation to attend (voluntary)
1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. Set up booths at the Cornhusker-Marriott, 333 S 13th Street, Lincoln, NE
4:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. Reception Opens - Beverages and hors d'oeuvres will be provided. Drawings will be held for prizes donated by exhibiting companies (beginning after some mixer forms have been collected)

With limited booth space available, assignments will be made on a first-come, first-served basis. To ensure that you'll receive the booth assignment you select, return your contract and payment as soon as possible!
