The other day I let you know that the Social Security Administration just released the official list of the most commonly used baby names for new births in the United States for 2021.
I told you then that on Thursday the state-by-state breakdown would be released. For example, while Liam and Olivia were the most popular names for newborns last year nationwide, in Nebraska the most common boy name was Henry and in Indiana the the most common girl’s name was Charlotte.
What does New Jersey’s Class of 2039 look like? Teachers will have many of these students with the same names.
Ladies first please because they are the best sex.
The best female names in New Jersey in 2021:
Abigail fell from the top 10 to 16th place this year.
The best male names in New Jersey in 2021:
Anthony made a big comeback by returning to the top 10 after more than half a decade away.

These lists are important to expectant parents and parents of young children for a variety of reasons. One has already been mentioned. Some people don’t want three other Emma’s in the same class and want to know that their child’s name is more unique. Others seek the exact opposite, conformity. Still other parents who named their child something unpopular 10 years ago are thrilled to see their choice gain popularity.
Then there’s Elon Musk and Grimes’ son, Exa Dark Sidederæl Musk.
